Portico de Busto
Portico de Busto is an events place located at Bustos, Bulacan, Philippines. It sits on a 2,500 square meter lot with various vegetation on it. The hall, which is at the center of the lot, got its architecture inspiration from Moorish Architecture. The said architecture inspiration has made Portico de Busto stood out from the other events place within its vicinity.
Its master plan was conceptualized by Landstyle Design Studio. The interiors were conceptualized by the owners with the assistance of KDA D+A.

We designed our Residential Building project with a modern, clean look that is both practical and inspirational. The Residential Building offers a unique and enjoyable experience suited to every visitor, no matter their age. KDA Design + Architecture was inspired by the region’s architecture and natural environment and our team decided to base the design of the project on those elements.

The Office Building is definitely designed to impress and judging by the reactions of visitors, it manages to do just that. The Marshall Islands Registry Manila Office
The Marshall Islands Registry Manila Office occupies 300 square meters of space. The color scheme of the interior reflects the Marshall Islands flag. The office can accommodate 20 staff. It has 2 executive offices, 1 conference room, 1 archive and server area and a pantry.
