KDA Design + Architecture (KDA D+A) is the independent design practice of Architect Kristoffer Diaz Aquino, UAP. We specialize in architectural design and also offer physical planning, interior architecture, feasibility studies, and consultancy services. Our goal is to create spaces that are functional, meaningful, and built with vision—designed with purpose.

Do you issue official receipts?

Yes. All transactions with KDA D+A are properly documented with official receipts, giving our clients peace of mind and transparency.

Do you have a physical office?

At present, KDA D+A operates as a freelance and online-based architectural practice. This allows us to be more flexible and accessible to clients wherever they are. We coordinate through digital platforms and on-site meetings when needed.

What about the engineering requirements of a project?

We understand that a successful project involves more than just architecture. That’s why KDA D+A collaborates with trusted engineering consultants—structural, electrical, sanitary, and others—to ensure that every technical requirement of your project is met.

 

Are engineering fees included in your professional fee?

No. Our architectural professional fee covers the architect’s services only. Engineering fees are handled separately. This approach provides clients with full transparency and flexibility in choosing and managing consultants.

We work on residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects—whether it’s new construction, renovation, or adaptive reuse.
