AA Apartment

Designed in 2022, the AA Apartment is a compact mixed-use development envisioned to maximize the potential of a limited urban lot while providing a sustainable source of income for its owners. Located in Naga City, Camarines Sur, the project combines commercial and residential functions within a contemporary architectural form that responds to both market demand and efficient land utilization.

The ground floor accommodates street-facing commercial spaces that activate the frontage and encourage business opportunities within the neighborhood. Above, a series of residential apartment units were carefully planned to provide comfortable and efficient living spaces, each incorporating essential amenities, natural ventilation, and access to private outdoor areas. Loft-style sleeping spaces further enhance the functionality of the compact units while maintaining a sense of openness.

Architecturally, the building expresses a modern tropical character through its clean geometric lines, warm textured finishes, and carefully proportioned façade elements. Vertical accents, textured masonry cladding, and generous openings create visual rhythm while improving daylight penetration and airflow throughout the structure. The design balances aesthetics and practicality, delivering a contemporary rental property that is both attractive to tenants and economical to maintain.
