Aquino Duplex Residence

In 2009, KDA Design + Architecture designed the Aquino Duplex, a family’s first venture into real estate development. Built on a 400 sq. m. lot, the project transformed the space into a well-planned duplex that balances function and style.

Each unit of the duplex features three bedrooms, a modern kitchen with island, a comfortable family area, and an attic that adds flexibility for future use. The façade showcases a clean contemporary design, with strong rooflines, wood accents, and large windows that welcome natural light.

The Aquino Duplex highlights KDA Design + Architecture’s vision of practical yet sophisticated residential design, making the most of the lot’s potential while creating warm and livable homes for modern families.
