Aquino Residence

The Aquino Residence marks a significant milestone as the very first commissioned project of KDA Design + Architecture in 2008. Designed for a family of three, this two-story home features a thoughtful layout with three bedrooms, blending modern comfort with timeless architectural details.

Its facade showcases clean, contemporary lines, defined by white walls, dark window trims, and horizontal ledges that accentuate the form. Expansive windows invite natural light into the interiors while creating a strong connection to the outdoors. A warm wooden main door anchors the entry, adding contrast and character to the minimalist palette.

As an early project, the Aquino Residence highlights the core vision of KDA Design + Architecture: to create homes that balance functionality, light, and modern aesthetics—a principle that continues to guide our work today.
