EAJ Residence

The EAJ Residence is a contemporary three-story family home designed to maximize space, comfort, and functionality within a corner lot setting. Characterized by its clean geometric forms, sloping roof profiles, and balanced composition of solid walls and generous glazing, the residence presents a modern tropical aesthetic that responds to both climate and lifestyle.

The design organizes living spaces vertically, creating a clear separation between public, private, and family-oriented functions. The ground floor accommodates the primary communal areas, including the living, dining, and kitchen spaces, along with a guest bedroom and service areas, allowing for convenient day-to-day living and entertaining. Upper levels are dedicated to the family’s private quarters, featuring a master suite, additional bedrooms, study spaces, and outdoor terraces that provide opportunities for relaxation and natural ventilation.

Large windows and strategically placed openings bring abundant daylight into the interiors while enhancing cross-ventilation throughout the home. Balconies, sunshades, and roof overhangs contribute to environmental responsiveness by reducing heat gain and providing sheltered outdoor spaces. The corner lot condition is further enhanced through landscaped setbacks and carefully framed views that establish a strong connection between the residence and its surroundings.
