PE Residence

The Ebihara Residence is a 2020 renovation project for a young couple who wanted their existing home transformed into a serene and stylish retreat. The design concept embraced the Japandi interior style—a blend of Japanese minimalism and Scandinavian functionality—perfect for creating a warm, modern, and clutter-free home.

Key areas of the house, including the living room, dining space, kitchen, and master bedroom, were redesigned with natural wood finishes, clean lines, and neutral tones to achieve balance and harmony.

One of the couple’s priorities was an “Instagrammable kitchen”, designed with layered textures, functional layouts, and elegant lighting—ideal for both cooking and capturing moments to share online.

This project reflects KDA Design + Architecture’s commitment to thoughtful, lifestyle-oriented design that maximizes existing spaces while creating a timeless, cozy, and contemporary home environment.
