IRFE Office Expansion

The IRFE Office Expansion was conceived as a strategic workplace enhancement for International Registries (Far East) Limited Representative Office, supporting the company’s continued growth while reinforcing a professional, collaborative, and employee-centered work environment. Located within Five E-Com Center at the Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City, the project expanded the existing office footprint and reconfigured key operational spaces to improve functionality, efficiency, and workplace experience.

The design approach focused on creating a modern corporate environment that balances productivity with comfort. New workspaces were integrated seamlessly with the existing office, providing dedicated areas for administration, meetings, management, support functions, and employee amenities. A contemporary palette of natural wood finishes, clean lines, vibrant accent colors, and glass partitions establishes a dynamic yet professional atmosphere throughout the workplace.

The Country Manager’s office was designed to project leadership and professionalism while maintaining visual connectivity to the larger office through transparent enclosures. The conference room was conceived as a technology-enabled collaboration space, supporting both in-person and virtual meetings. Open workstations were arranged to maximize efficiency and team interaction while maintaining organized circulation and spatial clarity.

Employee welfare was a key consideration in the design. The expansion included a dedicated dining area, a renovated pantry and kitchen, and a private mother’s room, creating a more inclusive and supportive workplace. The pantry and communal spaces introduce warmer materials, playful colors, and nature-inspired elements that encourage relaxation and informal interaction among staff.

Throughout the project, careful attention was given to space planning, furniture integration, lighting design, and material selection to create a cohesive workplace identity. The result is a functional and contemporary office environment that supports operational growth, enhances employee experience, and reflects the professional standards of an international organization operating within a global business environment.
