ITFC Office

Client:

Irvine True and Frank Carson Philippines

Year:

2017

The ITFC Office was designed as the new headquarters of Irvine True and Frank Carson Philippines, Inc., occupying two adjacent office units within a corporate building in Quezon City. Covering approximately 83.52 square meters, the project sought to create a workplace environment that reflects the company’s values of sustainability, innovation, and expertise while supporting both executive leadership and collaborative team functions.

The interior concept balances professionalism with warmth, combining contemporary workplace planning with carefully selected materials and finishes. Upon entry, visitors are welcomed by a refined reception area highlighted by a dramatic marble-clad feature wall, establishing a strong corporate identity while creating a memorable first impression. Natural wood finishes, textured surfaces, and strategic lighting contribute to an atmosphere that is both sophisticated and approachable.

The office layout was organized to maximize functionality within a compact floor area. Dedicated spaces include a reception area, conference rooms, collaborative workspaces, storage facilities, pantry, and a private executive office. Transparent glass partitions promote visual connectivity and openness while maintaining acoustic separation where required. The integration of flexible meeting spaces and presentation facilities supports both internal collaboration and client engagements.

A distinctive feature of the project is the executive office, conceived as a statement space that reflects leadership, achievement, and vision. Rich wood finishes, classical detailing, curated artwork, and bespoke furnishings create a timeless and distinguished environment, contrasting yet complementing the contemporary character of the rest of the office. This balance between traditional elegance and modern functionality reinforces the company’s established reputation while embracing forward-thinking business practices.

Throughout the office, a carefully coordinated palette of wood textures, neutral finishes, and vibrant accent colors introduces energy and visual interest. The use of efficient lighting systems, durable materials, and adaptable work environments supports long-term operational needs while fostering productivity and employee well-being.

The ITFC Office demonstrates how thoughtful interior architecture can transform a modest office footprint into a dynamic corporate workplace—one that strengthens brand identity, enhances workplace efficiency, and provides an inspiring environment for both employees and visitors.
