The Moro Residence embodies modern Filipino urban living—a seamless blend of refined elegance, spatial efficiency, and warm intimacy within a condominium setting. Designed by KDA Design + Architecture, the interior architecture celebrates a harmonious balance of function and emotion, crafted to complement the fast-paced yet comfort-seeking lifestyle of a contemporary couple.

Every space reflects intentional living—where material palettes, textures, and lighting come together to enhance spatial calmness and visual continuity. The design draws on soft natural tones, tactile finishes, and bespoke built-ins to maximize every square meter while maintaining a sense of luxury and flow.

Interior Design Narrative

Living and Dining Area:
A minimalist composition defined by clean lines, light wood tones, and layered lighting. The open-plan layout connects the living and dining spaces, creating a unified social zone that feels spacious despite its compact footprint. Accents of matte black and brushed metal lend a subtle sophistication, while neutral fabrics and warm lighting bring comfort and depth.

Kitchen:
Designed for both practicality and elegance, the kitchen integrates high-efficiency storage systems and durable yet refined finishes. A neutral stone backsplash and warm under-cabinet lighting enhance the sense of modern simplicity, ideal for both daily routines and intimate gatherings.

Master Bedroom:
The private retreat for Mr. and Mrs. Moro balances serenity with personality. The space features a soft neutral palette, textured wall panels, and a play of natural and ambient lighting. Customized cabinetry and concealed storage ensure a clutter-free environment, reinforcing the tranquil mood.

Bathrooms:
A continuation of the project’s minimal elegance—featuring light stone finishes, frameless glass partitions, and subtle contrasts that make the small space feel open and airy.

Design Language
KDA’s approach to the Moro Residence focuses on tailored comfort and quiet sophistication. By emphasizing human scale, proportion, and light, the design transcends typical condominium interiors—transforming a compact unit into a thoughtfully curated urban sanctuary.
