MGM Industry Corporation Warehouse Project

Client:

MGM Industry Corporation

Year:

2009

KDA Design + Architecture developed the architectural design for a warehouse facility inside the compound of MGM Corporation in 2009. The project was envisioned as a modern, functional, and visually distinctive structure that responds to the context of the existing buildings within the compound.

The design features a ground floor with mezzanine, maximizing vertical space for logistics and operations. The third floor was designed as a multifunctional area, offering flexibility for administrative and support activities, while the roof deck provided opportunities for open-air use and future adaptability.

The façade showcases a harmonious balance of utility and refinement. A bold red base anchors the building, while the upper levels in soft yellow create a light and welcoming presence. Clean white horizontal bands emphasize order and rhythm, complemented by symmetrically arranged windows that allow natural light to permeate the interior spaces. Distinctive gabled projections with balcony details crown the design, adding depth and architectural character uncommon in industrial buildings.

This project demonstrates KDA Design + Architecture’s commitment to contextual, efficient, and thoughtfully designed spaces, redefining the image of an industrial facility into one that is both functional and architecturally expressive.
