OT Jazz Residence Unit

Located within Jazz Residences in Makati City, the OT Condo was envisioned as a compact yet highly functional urban dwelling designed to maximize every square meter of its limited floor area. Developed as a fully furnished rental unit, the project focused on creating a sophisticated living environment that balances comfort, efficiency, and contemporary aesthetics.

The design embraces a warm modern-industrial character, combining natural wood finishes, exposed brick textures, and carefully selected furnishings to establish a welcoming atmosphere. Custom-built cabinetry, integrated storage solutions, and multi-functional furniture were strategically incorporated to optimize space while maintaining visual openness and ease of movement. Light-toned surfaces, full-height storage elements, and reflective materials further enhance the perception of spaciousness within the compact unit.

A seamless integration of living, dining, workspace, and sleeping areas allows the residence to adapt to the needs of modern urban living. Thoughtfully designed millwork and concealed storage contribute to a clean and organized environment, while warm lighting and textured finishes add depth, character, and visual interest throughout the interior.

The bedroom area was designed as a calm and restful retreat, featuring a restrained material palette and generous natural light that create a sense of serenity despite the limited footprint. Custom storage solutions and carefully planned spatial transitions ensure that functionality remains uncompromised while preserving the overall elegance of the space.
