OT Time Square West Unit

The OT TSW Unit is a leasing-oriented interior design study developed for a 39-square-meter one-bedroom condominium unit at Time Square West in Bonifacio Global City. Conceived to maximize rental appeal and long-term marketability, the project focused on creating a warm, contemporary living environment that balances functionality, comfort, and timeless aesthetics within a compact urban footprint.

Working within the existing architectural conditions of the unit, the design prioritized efficient space planning, optimized furniture layouts, and practical storage solutions to enhance day-to-day usability while minimizing renovation costs. The interiors feature a cohesive palette of natural wood finishes, neutral tones, and carefully selected accent colors, creating a sophisticated atmosphere that appeals to a broad range of potential tenants.

The living and dining areas were planned to feel open and inviting, integrating custom storage elements and flexible furnishings that maximize functionality without sacrificing visual clarity. A feature wood-slat wall, warm lighting, and carefully curated furnishings contribute to a welcoming residential character while maintaining a clean and uncluttered aesthetic.

In the bedroom, built-in shelving and a compact workstation transform the space into a comfortable retreat suited for both relaxation and remote work. Large windows bring in natural light and city views, enhancing the sense of openness despite the unit’s modest footprint.
